A time to understand where you need help & what steps you need to make to create the changes you need to apply to your success. This is also a time for goal setting, listing the changes required, from a health perspective, dietary changes to support health, exercises to do which support your body & the need for body movement. Being aware of your mental health & emotional wellbeing. This is a time to map out the path ahead.

Whole Mind-Body Connection

Whole mind-body connection within the framework of the whole approach, experience the whole system of yoga, meditation, breath & letting-go. A personalised session which moves you through your points of struggle & allows you to let-go of the struggle/pain that you are in, shifting you to a lighter space allowing you to move forward with a better whole perspective on your current state & wellness. Creating an alignment within yourself that integrates your mind & body. Allowing the mind & body to communicate & be on the same page. This is the meeting place of mind/ body.

Couples Connection, relationship connection

Couples Connection is a session which focuses on key relationship concerns & seeing the relationship patterns, the relationship dynamics & the areas which need further assistance. Working together on a session will create a space for integration & alignment to each other. This will also assist in meeting each-others needs & feeling better aligned to each other as a couple. Feeling lighter in your relationship & feeling better connected. The key benefits of having a session is to allow for yourself to experience what the programs offered will be like for you & how best to support yourself & each other.
